A Nevada sublease agreement is a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of a sublet relationship in a rental unit that has a separate primary lease agreement. The tenants listed on the primary agreement must also be listed on the sublease agreement. A sublet arrangement can only happen with the permission of the landlord. The primary tenant of the rental unit is essentially the landlord of the subtenant, even though they don’t own the property. The subtenant will answer to the primary tenant for all rental needs and concerns. All potential subtenants have to submit a rental application in order to be considered for a sublease agreement.
