An Alaska sublease agreement is a document that allows a tenant to re-rent the same property that they under agreement with the landlord. The tenant would be leasing (“subletting”) to a subtenant that would pay monthly rent and have the same responsibilities as the tenant. Most standard leases prohibit the act of subletting, therefore, the tenant may need consent or permission from the landlord.
Landlord’s Consent – Use to obtain permission from the landlord to rent the property to a subtenant.
