A lease renewal addendum allows a tenant to start another rental period under the same terms and conditions as the previous lease. If there are additional changes, it should be written in the addendum. Once agreed, the addendum should be signed by both the landlord and tenant. Afterward, the addendum should be attached to the original lease.
