A pool / hot tub lease addendum discloses to a tenant the rules and safety precautions when using a pool, hot tub/jacuzzi on the premises. The pool will commonly be required to be fenced and not allow children under the age of 13 to be alone. The addendum should be signed by the tenant and attached to the original lease.
