An Arizona sublease agreement allows a tenant to re-rent the property under lease to another person (“subtenant”). The landlord must give their consent if subletting is prohibited in the lease. The original tenant will remain fully responsible for the subtenant for non-payment of rent, damage to the property, or any other liability.
Landlord’s Consent to Sublease – Must be completed and signed by the landlord if subletting is not allowed in the original lease.
