A tenant approval letter is sent to an applicant for housing that is approved to be a tenant. The letter will outline the terms of a lease and how much is due at signing. The tenant should be given a chance to review the lease and consult an attorney if desired. Afterward, the parties will sign with the tenant required to pay the security deposit, first (1st) month’s rent, and any other fees at the time of signing the lease.
