An Alabama roommate agreement is a contract between the occupants of shared residential property. Each roommate must pay their share of rent and adhere to the house rules. Other than rent, each roommate may be obligated to pay for cleaning supplies and any utilities or services to the property (i.e. electricity, internet, etc.). There may be also other obligations such as cleaning and quiet times as well as days of the week guests are not allowed.
