An Alaska roommate agreement is made for the residents of a shared home where each will rent either a bed or bedroom. Each roommate will be responsible for their fair share of the rent and will be required to follow any house rules. Most roommates agreements have one (1) roommate that acts as the manager or is the person on the main lease agreement with the landlord. In most cases, not every roommate will pay the same rent although each roommate usually does pay an equal share of the utilities and services to the property.
Rental Application – Each roommate should be verified to make sure they can pay the monthly amount and have a good renting history.
