A condominium lease agreement is a residence that is part of a condominium association that is rented by the owner to a willing tenant. The tenancy process remains the same as an apartment or a home except the tenant will have to follow the bylaws of the condominium association in addition to the lease agreement. The tenant is usually not obligated to pay association fees but ultimately is negotiable between the landlord and tenant.
