West Virginia Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

A West Virginia month-to-month rental agreement is a tenancy agreement that renews each month with the payment of rent. Either landlord or tenant is free to terminate the agreement at any time, provided notice is given thirty (30) days in advance of the date the agreement ends. The month-to-month agreement is also known as a tenancy-at-will.

In West Virginia, the minimum required notice period is thirty (30) days.
