Wisconsin Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

A Wisconsin month-to-month rental agreement is a short-term tenancy agreement that either landlord or tenant can terminate at any time. The agreement is renewed each month when rent is paid. With twenty-eight (28) days’ notice, either party can end the tenancy, which offers more flexibility than a standard lease agreement.

Minimum Termination Period

The minimum termination period to terminate a month-to-month lease is twenty-eight (28) days.
