A Wyoming month-to-month lease termination letter is used by a tenant or landlord to cancel a tenancy-at-will by providing notice in writing. Generally, it is considerate to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice. The notice is recommended to be sent by certified mail with a return receipt or by any other method where delivery can be proved. If the tenant does not vacate the property within the designated number of days, the landlord can initiate eviction proceedings.
