South Carolina Month-to-Month Lease Termination Letter

A South Carolina month-to-month lease termination letter is used by a landlord or tenant to cancel a tenancy-at-will by providing thirty (30) days written notice. The sender can obtain proof of receipt if they use certified mail to transmit the notice. If the tenant does not leave the property within the designated thirty (30) days, the landlord can begin eviction proceedings.
