A Nevada month-to-month lease termination letter is used by a landlord or tenant to end a tenancy-at-will by providing thirty (30) days’ notice. This notice is recommended to be sent by certified mail with a return receipt or by any other method where acknowledgment can be proven. After thirty (30) days the tenant is required to vacate the property or be subject to eviction.
