A Kansas month-to-month lease termination letter is a notice that permits a landlord or tenant to cancel a tenancy-at-will by providing thirty (30) days’ notice. It needs to be sent to the recipient by certified mail so the sender can get proof of delivery. They can also hand-deliver the notice to assure the recipient does in fact receive it.
