Minimum Termination Period
It is necessary for the landlord or tenant to provide a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice to vacate the rental unit if the tenant has occupied the unit for less than one (1) calendar year. If they have occupied the unit for one (1) year or more, either party has to give the other at least sixty (60) days’ notice.
