A parking space lease agreement is between the owner of the space and the tenant willing to pay rent for it. A parking space lease is usually an indoor or garage space that allows the tenant to park a vehicle. Rent is usually paid each month although can be per week or annual depending on the negotiation of the parties. Once a verbal agreement has been made a simple written lease should be signed.
