Mississippi Rent-to-Own Lease Agreement

A Mississippi rent-to-own lease agreement includes both a traditional rental agreement between a landlord and tenant and an additional section outlining the tenant’s option to purchase the property. All of the provisions can be negotiated by the parties, subject to state law. In some cases, the landlord may ask for an amount of money in exchange for offering the purchase option, or may seek a higher rent.

Seller Disclosures

If the sale to the tenant does in fact buy the property, landlords should use these forms.
