An Arizona standard residential lease agreement is between a landlord and tenant for the renting of livable space. This is for a fixed term and usually one (1) year. The landlord will commonly request a security deposit equal to the monthly amount. It is common to verify the tenant’s information and employment through the use of a rental application.
