An Arizona roommate agreement is a contract between a person seeking to rent a bed or bedroom in the same residence as other individuals. The areas of the kitchen and bathrooms are usually shared amongst all the roommates. In addition to rent, the roommate may be required to follow house rules and pay for other items such as utilities and cleaning supplies.
